JH Boys Basketball will have tryouts on Monday & Tuesday, April 20-21, from 3:30-5:00 at the HS Gym. This will be for current 6th and 7th graders that are looking to play for the 7th and 8th grade boys basketball teams next season. Good Luck!

MIGC Tiger family, we encourage everyone to wear purple tomorrow in support of the tragic loss of Isabella Clay, a senior at Coweta High School, this past weekend. Our thoughts and prayers are with all who knew and loved her. 💜

Hello 5th Grade Families, We are excited to invite you to our upcoming Band Parent Nights on March 5 and March 10. These will be relaxed, come-and-go evenings where you can learn what band is all about as your student prepares for next year. You will have the chance to: • Try different instruments • Meet our directors and current band students • Ask questions about schedules, costs, and expectations • See why so many students love being part of band No experience is needed to join band — just interest and curiosity. Feel free to stop by anytime during either evening. We would love to meet you and help your child find their place in band. If you have any questions beforehand, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We hope to see you there!

MIGC Families: Next Thursday, March 5th and Tuesday, March 10th, are our parent/teacher conferences night from 4:00 to 7:00. These conferences are 15 minute increments and they are scheduled through our main office by appointment only. It will be on a first come first serve basis for times slots. Dear 6th Grade Parents: Jr High Scheduling - A Junior High counselor visited Mission IGC YESTERDAY to begin the enrollment process for 7th grade! At this time, we ask that you start talking to your students about which electives they would like to take. Mrs. Anderson had the teachers put the presentation your student saw on their Google Classrooms and it also on the website under enrollment. There was also a yellow form sent home with them that need to have read and signed by you. Class enrollment is open until spring break. 7th graders will have 3 hours of their day for electives. Please note some electives are semester classes and some are full-year classes. The core classes (ELA, Math, Science, and Social Studies) will be automatically enrolled so you do not have to worry about those classes. If your student qualifies for an Honors class, they will be automatically enrolled in those unless you mark otherwise on the enrollment form. If you have questions or concerns about JH classes or enrollment please contact the Junior High counselors!
